This is the first podcast for my NaPodPoMo 2011...
OK... Gonna do it...
OK, my good friend Emmitt Muckles kinda nudged me, and i’m gonna participate in NaPodPoMo for the 3rd year in a row - this year a little different though.. gonna be using my Tumblr blog and posting just me talking… no intro music, no music at all… just me an what’s happening. It could be 5 minutes, it could be 30 minutes… depends on what’s going on…

Thoughts on death...
As the world knows, we recently lost some big celebrities recently.. Yes, these were all great losses - some think the biggest loss is that of Michael Jackson. While I agree that his music was very good - I don’t think he deserves the outpouring of special treatment that his death is receiving.
Depending who you ask, you’ll get reactions from people that Michael was the best person...

Yes, lots of memories in the field, including the ones I had when I took my son to the final “run the bases” before they moved to the new park. But as former Tiger coach, Sparky Anderson said this weekend: “Life goes on…” I agree - best not to dwell that the land mark is gone, but to treasure the good memories and look to the future.
